The Victoria Inn offers Beginners Fly Fishing Courses.
Consider a holiday with a fishing experience. Go fly fishing for trout on the Ganaraska River or fishing for pickerel on Rice Lake in Ontario. The Victoria Inn will cook your catch, served with seasonal veggies, homemade scones and delicious pies.

Beginners Fly Fishing Lesson $275
- 3hr Tying
- 1 hr Casting 3 hr fishing
- All equipment and materials supplied except wading boots
- A basic fly tying book to keep
- Current fishing license required
Beginners Tying – Fly Fishing Lesson – $120
- 3 hr tying
- Basic Tying and pattern book supplied to keep
- All tools and materials supplied
Beginners Casting – Fly Fishing Lesson – $60
- 2 hr Casting
- Learn casting skills for different situations of fly fishing
- Rods Reels supplied or bring your own.
- Walk and Wade Adventures (with guide)
Learn specifics of reading water and presenting different fly patterns rods and reels supplied. Bring your own wading attire (hip waders, chest waders or wade wet with old shoes). Current fishing license required
Fishing Day $145

Pickerel Fishing Package [May through November]
Fish on Rice Lake for walleye or carp with an experienced guide.
Length: 6 hour days
Cost: $300/day for two people
