The Victoria Inn is open year round. The dining room is open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are required.

- Creative seasonal specials, featuring local produce from Northumberland and Prince Edward Counties, such as lamb, bison, beef, chicken, pork, fish, cheeses, organic vegetables and wines, including wine and food pairings.
